About time for me to start getting my sorry ass fit.
I cycle to work and back each day and a longish ride each weekend but need to start putting some effort in. Am going to do the scenic route home a couple of times a week – but my weird hours make it a drag. Anyone got any indoors fitness tricks I can start that don’t involve a turbo?
I know , I know – ride more , I’m intending to but my core strenghth seems to have **** off due to Xmas excess and flu. Any tips greatly appreciated!

Bodyweights? Circuits up and down the stairs? Get a punchbag?

    All the above? 😀

Oh – I should add that wrist strenghth is fine and my wife is unlikely to help!

Hmm Swedish you say ? Unlikely to be an option!

Punchbags I understand but what are these weights and cucuits you speak of? (sorry maximum novice)

I can stretch to other outdoor stuff but just things that don’t take as long as a good mtb ride!
