    Fortitude Race frame. 19″

    Geo here;
    http://www.genesisbikes.co.uk/bikes/mountain/fortitude/fortitude-race

    Decided that on balance even though it’s better quality I prefer the geo on my old 26″ Inbred, so I’m returning to that for now.

    Note the Race version does not have the Adventure version rack and mudguard braze ons.

    Rear clearance is a little limited, plenty of room for an On-one Smorgasbord 2.25″, OO Chunky Monkey at 2.4″ would fit, but have very limited mud clearance.

    Headset included, new and fitted by LBS, but it’s not a cartridge bearing one.

    Built up and ridden maybe 50 miles. Very good condition BUT there is a small dint in the down tube so it’s priced accordingly.

    Salsa Cromoto fork is unused (ie not the one the bike was built up with) and has 190mm steerer.

    £160 posted for frame and headset
    £60 posted for the fork, but I don’t want to sell the fork separately unless the frame has a buyer.

    Rik, I bought it shop soiled, the dealer said the dent had been caused by a customer in the shop, but I’m afraid I don’t have anything more specific than that.

    JH, I’ll bear that in mind thanks.
