For some reason, I always assumed that Garmin didn’t sell bicycle specific maps, probably because every time over the years I’ve selected Cycling Maps on the Garmin UK website I’ve been taken to a a page offering Street or Outdoor maps; in the end I bought the Topo Light UK & Ireland map (based on OSM map data with Garmin additions).

However a little while back whilst Googling I came across a Garmin UK page offering cycling specific maps; these are also based on OSM data.

Has anyone tried any of these and do they offer anything over other OSM based maps that can be downloaded for free from various sites?
