My 800 no longer seems to hold a charge… Anyone had any positive experiences getting repairs… no joy with my 1st few enquiries – so would appreciate a recommendation?

Had an excellent expereince with Garmin after I cracked the screen on my 500 after a crash, (whilst running not riding!).

Logged the case in their site, paid the standard fee, sent the broken one off, and received a new one back a week later.
