FSA powerdrive/alphadrive splined BB-cranks

I’ve a friend who is having some issues with his cranks/BB and he tells me they are alpha/power drive or something similar in FSA flavour.
I’m not familiar with these, infact I’d not heard of it before he mentioned them.
I can see that they are relatively old components, but are they are standard on their own or are they compatible with ISIS/octalink/SqT?
