For sale are the Ritchey wheels that came with my Boardman Pro Carbon road bike. I never used the wheels as I had some Shimano wheels I liked, though my girlfriend did about 40 light miles on them before I realized how good they were (I’ve since palmed her off with some old Mavics Aksiums!). They’re nice and true and look mint.
The front is 16 hole radial and the rear is 24 hole 2 cross/radial. They’re about 30mm deep and weigh around 1730 grams. They’re cracking wheels, but I’ve no use for them and could do with the money to fund another build. One thing to note is that the free hub only takes Shimano 10 speed cassettes – you’re fine with 10 speed 105/Ultegra/Dura ace but not SRAM (though they work fine in a SRAM drivetrain).
They were specced up specially by Boardman for their bikes, but similar Ritchey wheels with their WCS rims go for over £400. Give me £200 and they’re yours!
