Hi folks, I’m selling this bike on behalf of a friend who’s just moved to Germany.

    Here’s his original ad:

I’m selling my Kona A. It is kind of a unique or unusual bike/frame – single speed full suspension, and designed that way. The pivot for the rear suspension is concentric with the bottom bracket so the chain tension stays consistent when the suspension travels. I’ve had the bike for a few years, using it mostly for quick blasts up to the woods or to town. At the moment, it has relatively fast-rolling tyres and in that configuration it has been great for around town with the efficiencies of a single speed but enough travel to take the edge off dropping a staircase. The rear shock locks out with a little lever for prolonged road usage and pedalling efficiency. I think it would make a nice campus/commuter bike. I rode it with a set of trail tyres too and you can have those if you want.

It has been apart for a while but I just put it back together with a re-built rear hub, new front brakes, new brake pads for front/rear, new chain, and new brake cables and housings so everything feels nice and ready to go. As it is in the pictures, it weighs about 12kg. It has scratches and scrapes from being used but it is mechanically sound. The saddle has some tears on the underside but it still supportive and comfortable. I’m about 175cm tall, 32” inseam and the bike fits me well. I think the frame size is medium but I can take measurements if you want to know specific tube lengths or other dimensions.

Now looking for £250[s] £230 or reasonable offers.
I’d really prefer collection, but can ship for the right price
