  • Frog bikes – is the rear hub serviceable?

    Frog 48 singlespeed new in may. Rear hub feels very rough / bit of a racket when moving the chain which can’t be sorted with chain tension adjust,ent, thinking the bearings are already shot.

    Nothing in the manual, anyone know if you can service the rear hub, and if so what bearings I need?

    Pretty sure they’re the cheapest Quando loose-ball hubs so yes, should be serviceable. Used to build them up new as a mechanic.
