    My frame is second hand, so no manual. I’m struggling to find a guide for shock pressure, can anyone help please?

    Forget any guides (some are just completely wrong), you need to do it to match your weight, this is easily done by trail and error:

    Decide how much sag you want to run (20-30% normally), pump it up to match your weight in lbs = psi as an initial starting point. Check the sag measurements by seeing where the o-ring is pushed down to (with you on it full kitted up [ei: inc rucksack]), then adjust (add or remove) air pressure to get the sag you want.

    EDIT: With an RP23 make sure your not in “pro-pedal” mode when you do this.

    Try running it a bit more saggy say 35%.

    I did and loved it. The air shock ramps up alot so still no harsh bottom out. relaxes the front end too.
