    Thinking about getting mine serviced.
Recently had a stock down shock and think i may be due for some new seals / bushes. I’ve done the air sleeve cleaning pretty regularly and im still on the original seals / bushings and the shock is 6 years old.
Thing is looking at Mojo’s website they say it should be serviced every 12-18 months and they rechange the nitrogen chamber and damping oil for £79.
Is this necessary or will it be ok just to change the seals etc?

    Your thoughts please?

Fork and shock technology has moved on massively in 6 years, have you considered just buying a new or nearly new one, that way you will probably bring a new lease of life to your bike, maybe even it will ride much better and you will not have to have it serviced properly for another 6 years 😀

I dont want to replace a shock when theres nothing wrong with it though. Plus i’d be wary of a second hand one. I KNOW my shock has been well looked after and maintained.

Anyone got anything more useful to add to this?

won’t the nitrogen chamber just make your rebound work properly?

if it already does them just a clean out would do it.
