Gone and stripped the thread on the lowers – any ideas on a fix please?

Photo’s, maybe hard to make out but it’s thread for the axle, it’s ‘bites’ without the wheel in place but when it’s in there’s nothing…

I would imagine someone who knows what they are doing would be able to drill/ream it out if there is enough metal and possibly bond a threaded insert in place.

So far that’s the plan, not 100% on how much material there is there so waiting to hear from loco/mojo etc..

I fixed some old boxers by running a QR through the middle of the axle with washers on each end. Did a perfect job of holding it all together!

Got any photos please? The other option is some sort of axle/nut arrangement like on the old marz dirt jumper forks.
