    Okay, so it hurt a fair bit but I ACTUALLY RODE MY BIKE SOMEWHERE!!! Yay!!!

    Can’t tell you how good that feels. Well, I guess some of you will have had long injury layoffs before so will already know.

    Take it steady and enjoy. I had 5 years off. Hated riding for the first few months of getting back into it. Half an hour of worry and unfit wheezing wasnt fun. All good now though.
