My wife has bought a Boardman e-gravel bike with the Fazua system. At the BB area the wires are exposed. Im fairly certain on her previous bike with the same system it was fully enclosed with a protective cover, but perhaps Im imagining this. Can you see how it looks on yours please?

I know for a fact that the wires were exposed on my Kinesis Rise, cos I had to pay TWENTY BLOODY QUID for a tiny piece of plastic to cover them up.

Couldn’t believe what it was when it arrived. Should’ve been on the bike anyway.

Oh, btw, it does just clip onto the wires, so could easily come off if she did have one on there already. I stuck mine on with electrical tape.

At least I wasn’t imagining it then – what bright spark decides to leave wires exposed like that?? Anyway if they think im paying another £20 for a cover sod ’em. I’ve just covered it in gaffer tape instead.
