“We kissed on the corner and danced through the night” genuinely, and for no good reason I can think of, brings a tear to my eye. But then, I just listened to the start of Mogwai’s beautiful Christmas Song and that just did the same, so maybe that’s just me. 🙂

Mid rehearsals for half a dozen Christmas concerts ranging from – drunken carol rampage on a train Huddersfield to sSouth Yorks and back via a concert in a pub, to a Church Choir carol service, with a Male Voice Choir and a professional singing group (The Mastersingers) joint concert and three other pub carol-singing events, I may be a bit jaded on favourites. However, I found this last year and a couple of us decided Adrienne would look pretty good in a cassock:
