    Marmite cheese. I hate marmite but this is surprisingly nice. Worth a try.

    Has to be a very good strong crumbly cheddar. The sort that makes your mouth go slightly funny when you eat it. Yum yum.

    must stop off in the cheese shop on the way home from work later…..

    Caerphily is so good but hard to find a good one

    I make cheese from time to time – best results from a Cheshire-type, matured for 6 months or so.

    Roquefort otherwise…
