Tendulkar scores 100th international ton
However, back to your story, good luck to him in Cambridge; sure he’ll do a good job.
He opened up a few good debates, and wasn’t afraid to speak his mind against those who appointed him – as has been said “the most memorable Archbishop of Canterbury” in ages.
No need to scrap religion just get it out of our system of government.
Its the other way round actually. Since the establishment of the Anglican Church (by the head of state of this country), The Archbishop of Canterbury is appointed by the British Sovereign, presently according to advice from the prime minister, and has no political power.
Government interference in religion, not religious interference in government. Its the English way.
