Fairlight have just released full details of the Secan – a gravel version of the Strael, that can take 650b x 2.2″ or 700c x 47mm tyres. The additional “Tall” geometry really works well for me and if it rides anywhere as well as the Strael does could be a really good bike. Anyone else interested in this?

Yes, want. Won’t be able to afford the frameset for some years though.

This has leapt onto my radar – looks like it ticks everything on my wish list at the moment.  Anyone got one yet who can give a ride impression?

I was an early bird taker.

    Mine is due 6th August.

    looking forward to it!

    Thanks,

Cheers Max. Also an early bird taker, although not had confirmation of delivery date yet. 80% certain that I will complete the order (frame/forks only), but wanted to hear others thoughts. Delays and lack of comms has perhaps made me cool a bit. Appreciate they are very busy though.

I did email them concerning delivery.

August was a estimation they sent as Dom was overseeing manufacture.

Hopefully it is right as was having second thoughts myself!

    Thanks,

    Max
