    anyone got a good method before I just start hitting them really hard with a screwdriver?

    the website has a video of how to attack them with a hammer its on you tube as well

    A drift type object is better than a screwdriver, i (ab)use an extension bar from my socket set. Big hammer I approve of though (noting that its actually a much better idea to push them out using proper tools/vice socket type arrangement).

    Warm the hub up with hot water – it really makes it easier
