aria.co.uk have some good deals on, they had a 500gb 2.5" drive (i.e. no external power supply) for about £60

I've just bought a 500GB transcend storejet25M for £68 from Amazon. drop tested to US military standards, apparently.

It works, (not dropped it though. yet.) and apparently it's pretty quick and pretty cheap compared to the competition. (Edit: except for mickyfinn's!)

If you look for it on amazon, there's a red one which is £6 more expensive, which you find first, and a cheaper grey and yellow one listed slightly differently, but otherwise identical.
