A few people know I’ve moved to Richmond Virginia now – had to leave the lovely Bristol behind and head to the USA.
I finally managed to get out on the downtown trails this morning – part of the reason we moved here was this network of trails. 23C and 85% humidity at 9am and 30F 2 hrs later, so was sweating like a fat lass in a chocolate factory within 10 min. To say the trails were dry would be an understatement:

    Awful, dry singletrack

    Rubbish scenery

    Bad surfaces to ride

    Suspension bridges to negotiate

Skillz area and pump track half way round to entertain as well

The rest of the trail (Buttermilk Trail) was far more nadgery, but I was running out of water and concentrating on riding (no chicken runs) too hard to take pics of that side. Two Camelbaks of water plus extra at the end and I’m just feeling rehydrated now. I’m going to get a good bit fitter here 😀

All this is off the back of the UCI World Road Champs that they are holding here in 2015.

Too Tall, please don’t post another photo ever again.
    Never.
But tell me, when you were in Bristol, did people call you rude names?
It looks nearly as good as Morley. 😕

brokensoul – most people have called me rude names for as long as I can remember. I just have to console myself by sharing pictures of sweet singletrack – like the sort of stuff I rode today 😀

    Awful switchback
