With all the poor service people are receiving from on-line suppliers I thought I’d share in the excellent service I received off of Biketart. I’ve never used them before but ordered yesterday around 14:30 and had item delivered today. Had e-mail to confirm order and dispatch. Not a bad price too cheaper than several of the bigger on-line suppliers and obviously in stock.

Anyone else had problems with these guys? Ordered a pair of shorts last week – no word on delivery, nothing received. Sent 3 emails, no reply…

Always been nice and fast when I have ordered stuff from them.

Decided to phone them – promptly let me know the item was not in stock. Will be sending out as soon as shipment comes in.

Guessing my emails must not have been getting through.
