    I contacted Ben at Jungle about a bolt dropping out of the axle of my main pivot on my Heckler and got fantastic customer service! He sent me the complete axle along with new pinch bolts and a long hex key to do them all up, they were here next day and he did not charge me a penny. Big recommendation for Santa Cruz’s Customer Service. 🙂

    Yep, agree with that, when I bought my Chameleon, not only did he agree with me that would be more attractive to the ladies, he also suggested that I was smarter than the average biker for buying a Santa Cruz.

    Completely unbiased and helpful advice, I think.

    Oh yes, I have an old 1999 Heckler and noticed a pinch bolt missing on one of the main pivots last year, sent me 2 new bolts and loctite free of charge, this was for a 9 year old bike remember … top stuff! 8)
