We’re heading off in our new (to us) T4 shortly and heading across the Belgium, France and Holland on a bit of a tour. Can any regular campers illuminate me on how prevalent the blue 3 pin hook up sockets are on the continent? I’d heard some sites still have old fashioned euro sockets… Don’t have an adaptor but might need one pronto…

    We’ve found about 70/30 blue 3 pin/ euro 2 pin.
Some campsites will rent you a 2 pin adapted, but as they only cost about £4 you might as well get one.

    As ap.

It’s handy owning your own 3 round pin to UK fly lead and then a UK euro adaptor. But most campsites if they don’t have 3 round pin outlets have adaptors.

If off in your t4 (which we have too) highly recommend getting all the aires from vicarious books for free/cheap touring options.
