Does anyone have any contact details for the team behind Eroica Britannia? A phone number would be ideal. I need to contact someone about a problem with my tickets* – there’s no phone number and they haven’t replied to the email I sent on Monday.

*I ordered them, paid for them and the website is now refusing to acknowledge that I have done so, and I can’t download the tickets. Basically they’ve taken my money and not provided what I’ve paid for. Pretty poor show TBH.

Yeah I have emailed them on the address on the website, and also Facebook’d them already. Haven’t got a Twitter account – if anyone can tweet a link to this thread that might help too.
