Feb 2011 STW challenge

just started using endomondo, will there be a march challenge?

It’s usually for cycling, but start a marching one if you want.

i’ve just joined the challenge for this month so not doing very well as i’ve only got one weeks worth of riding logged.
does anyone know if we’re only logging mounting biking or can i log my daily commute as well seeing as i commute on my mountain bike? do others put all miles cycled or just the proper mountain biking?.

I used endomondo today but it used up all battery power after only 83km. Is that typical or just the iPhone battery?

That’s what I do and I’ve got away with it so far. I commute on a mixture of road, single track, cycle path and tow path and just log the whole lot as it’s all on a mountain bike.
There’s only 23 people in it this month, which is a bit disappointing considering how many people post on STW. I wouldn’t want to make the rules too strict if it’s going to put people off joining in.

i’m way behind this month, been riding dark side too much, plus my usual mtb rides are purely offroad, none of this cycling half way across a city before hitting some smooth bridleway 🙄

Dirty girl normally on smart phones with gps on you would get about 4 hours battery life.
