    There’s a ‘jobholder comments’ section in mine and I’ve said how I’ve taken on work resulting from significant team reductions including those higher up. I’ve then said how I’ve not received any bonus nor temporary promotion which others in similar positions have, and therefore I don’t feel like my efforts have been recognised.

    My manager is openly lazy, openly said he got rid of the management level below him as he prefers my level who are ‘workers’ and how they don’t threaten him. He’s sympathised in past saying ‘ if it were up to him etc’. I asked his boss and a senior manager who both said it is ‘up to him’ to award bonuses and promotions.

    Is there anything I can add to my comments section to get help from him and his manager?

    I doubt it given his nature but it’s worth a shot.

    That’s all I’d need to be looking to jump ship.
