The world is full of ways to silence notifications on a schedule, but is there a way to enable email notifications in Android Outlook for a two hour period each day and be silent at other times?

Assuming you still want to use do not disturb at other times then no, nothing built in.

There’s various automation apps that might be able to do it, have a look at IFTTT or Automate.

The other option is leave notifications on but have them be less intrusive, the options here will vary depending on your Android version but from I think 8+ you can at least set notification priorities per app.

Just use outlook via a Web browser when you want to check email.

Outlook for android is far too annoying if you have a busy inbox.
