Adjustable height seat postsThose inner tube thingies. Just think, no more faffing about fitting nipple adaptors into the rim, no more coating the tyre bead in soap(or threads on how to seat tubeless)and pumping like the clappers, and no more pouring expensive messy gloop over the kitchen floor, and if you puncture then you pull it out and put another in then fix it in the comfort of your own home.Sheer brilliance.
