Bit of a WTF there with the original wiring…

Has someone used the earth to make a twin and earth into a 4 wire?! And not even re-sleeved it with brown sleeving?

Or has the light fitting been made live…

Ok, all done, that earth is not attached to anything, just happens that the sleeve is near the live.
