Has anybody had problems with paying people using PayPal on eBay? Since the new year I’ve been having trouble. Seems I have to transfure the money from my account manually, it use to do it all automatically.

Only problem of this nature I’ve had was when my card (linked to paypal) was re issued ie expired/lost/stolen. I needed to update my new card details in paypal as well.
