As above, I can’t see this has been done already.
Noticed the new YT bikes have dropped 2x systems entirely and are running an 11+ cassette from E13. This claims to work with Shimano and Sram shifters and derailleurs and requires a Sram Xd driver. However they’re claiming a bigger range than Eagle with a 9-46 cassette. Claiming the 9t cassette gives a huge advantage as you can run a smaller chainring for better clearance.
Can’t say even though I’ve got a fairly long / low bike that I’ve hit my chainring into anything. Maybe pedals but his won’t help that.
What are people’s thoughts on this?
