So (picked up from pro-elbows and others on twitter)

Madison will distribute: hubs, rims, spokes, nipples

Hotlines do: wheelsets, forks and shocks

Pace do shock/fork warranty and service

I realise that hotlines and madison are B2B on the whole but it’s still likely to cause a lot of consumer confusion for people looking for spares on their websites etc.

Does seem a bit of an odd choice to split the products in this way too?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention wwaswas I will contemplate the ramifications of this development later 😯

The Pace warranty/service thing is understandable, but I don’t get the thinking behind splitting the products in two.

Might be contracts were in place, and as they expire it might change… Just a guess.

I guess you’ve got to be in the trade? and what about their clothing, no mention.

The split between Pace/Madison has been around for years, nowt new there. It seems odd that Madison do wheel components but Hotlines do wheelsets, a wheel/suspension split makes more sense (just).

I thought Madison had taken over service/warranty stuff on the suspension kit for a while too?

That’s great news, should see a lot more discount DT forks on CRC now.

I’ve also been told that clothing is probably ‘accesories’ and is thus with Hotlines.

I like thir clothing so, as above, looking forward to discounts on CRC now.
