In other news this week (actually i’m lying, shamefully it didnt make the news) was that the number of new applicants for benefits in the US is the lowest since 1969 and the number recieving benefits is the lowest since 1973…good news you’d think…but the media barely mentioned it and instead focuses on Trump’s private life.

I wouldn’t give a toss if he slept with a different porn star every night of the week if while he’s at work he gets rival countries talking to each other and improves the economy, the job he’s employed to do…and much to the annoyance of the media (and plenty on here) he hasnt brought about WW3 or collapsed America’s economy…

Obama was continually frustrated by process in his attempts to change gun laws. He says it is his biggest disappointment about his terms that thousands are still killed every year by guns and he couldn’t change that.

Trump stood in front of an NRA audience, made a gun with his fist and forefingers and made like a kid playing cowboys and indians in his backyard.

But yeah, they’re the same on this matter aren’t they.

I take a look at the news this morning and the Donald has been claiming that armed civillians in Paris would have stopped the Bataclan massacre, despite overwhelmingly consistent evidence in his own country that the right to bear arms does nothing of the kind. Is the ability to be jaw-droppingly insensitive and offend worldwide included in your list of quantifiable measurements of success? Do I need to be looking at other scores, like nepotism, collusion with foreign agencies, abuse of public office and failure to achieve any of his stated aims during tje election campaign?
