    Afternoon all,

Does anyone have any experience with this exercise bike?

Been out over a year but there doesn’t seem to be any reviews out there.

Need something reasonable priced that can be adjusted to suit myself and my husband. With connectivity to our garmin watches and rouvy etc

    Thanks

For £1000 you could buy a Kickr core and bike and still be quids in. 1500w max is a bit on the weedy end, I’m not super strong, yet I can put out of 1000W peak on a sprint and I’m only a fairly lowly cat C just now. Guys I ride with can exceed that. If you’re on Rouvy then it may be less of an issue but Zwift has racing where it can be more of an issue.

It’d give you a smaller footprint for storage too.

Me at 6′, Mrs Hoppy at 5’7″ and Hoppy jr at 5’5″ are all riding on my large Camino with different seats posts, because you are static there is less importance to be exactly right, a lack of stand over doesn’t matter if you aren’t going to fall off, drop bars give a range of positions anyway and you don’t need to be aero so while I’m on the hoods the others rode on the flats more.

Similar here. I have an old steel road bike on a secondhand Tacx Neo. Mrs Slow 5’0″ and I 5’7″ can both use it by just adjusting the saddle. Bar height and reach don’t seem much of an issue. I keep meaning to swap out the chainset from the existing 52/42 (did I used to go uphill on this thing?) to get gearing closer to my current gravel bike.

Thanks, but we are wanting the system to be linked to the software to do automatic gear changes etc when going up/down hill to make it a bit more realistic (nothing can beat a real ride, but when the weather is too pants/dangerous)

Not heard of it before now! DCRainmaker mentioned trying to get one to review but I don’t think he ever did.

If you were doing Zwift I’d say their Zwift Ride setup was a no-brainer vs. some unknown quantity Decathlon thing! No idea if it works with Rouvy etc though.

There was a 10% code floating about for it but I think you might’ve just missed it. They did 20% off on BF I think as well!
