    Just back from a weekend in Brechfa/Afan/FOD and catching up on the marathon highlights.

    To be fair Landan always puts on a good show for big events. I remember going to see the Tour prologue and it was superb. Loads to do in Hyde Park, well thought out viewing etc – awesome day out.

    And yes, after the events of the last week it was really nice to see the marathon shown off so well.

    It was interesting to note also that 30000 can observe a silence impeccably unlike the majority of football crowds…

    Absolutely- even the TV helicopters backed off so as not to be heard on TV….
