Going on a leisurely tarmac cycle path ride down the newly finished Granite way on the edges of Dartmoor tomorrow.
Dont really think it warrants lycra under shorts, but no one likes seam chaffage of regular kegs and i DO like the warm knees feeling of 3/4 legs.
Strikes me, that for touring, and Bike biving as well as gentle days, 3/4 length merino type legs would be great, and you wouldnt end up a sweaty stinky mess sitting in plastic pants in the pub at the end of the ride. (eugh, betty swollocks)
Anyone know if these exist? (in all honesty i havent looked yet)
also, I know you can get Merino boxers somewhere, cut for cycling (no gooch seam). are they any good? any idea where?
I’ll go and have a bit of a look now before the barrage of lmgtfy arrives.
