So hedgehogs and hippos can probably understand each other and hold a conversation, aint nature great! 😀

Apparently a hippo can outrun a man. Not sure which man, but they can. Apparently.

Not sure about grunt like pigs, but they growl and snarl like a terrier when they go for your ankles – as I found out in "badger alley" walking back in the pitch dark one evening. I guess I was in his way – didn't actually get his teeth into me, but went for my ankle like I was the postman and he was the over zealous dog.

Actually, badgers dont grunt like pigs, pigs grunt like pigs. I used to work with an awful rhodesian woman who'd been attacked by a hippo, and she was still having to have her leg redressed about three years on. I pissed myself laughing!
