    Is this telling me to fit the tyre one way on the front and the other way on the back or is the front arrow pointing to the front and the rear arrow pointing to the rear?

    Yes, but you will probably not notice any difference in performance or increased wear

    I dount it make a great deal of difference as that looks to be just a nobbly tyre

    But it goes the other way around in the southern hemisphere.

    It’s a Ron and I don’t imagine I’ll die if I get it wrong but was just curious.

    So it faces one was on the front and the other way on the back then. Ta 🙂

    The tread is designed (so we’re told..) to be directional specific.

    At the front, you steer and brake (mostly). So you want tread that digs in when you slam on the anchors.

    At the rear, you transfer power for going forwards, thus you need traction – essentially the opposite of the braking requirements up front.
