well id argue that in the long term the first will affect the second
apparently london is now the most polluted city in europe and borris has…..

cut 3 million+ from cycle schemes
reversed the congestion charge in west london; 30 000 extra cars a day
stopped higher charges for more polluting vehicles
stopped the planned no emission zone for the centre of london
decreased pedestrian crossing times at traffic lights in favour of cars
spent lots of cash on his mystery routemaster replacement but not actually done anything yet
walked out of a comitee crticising his handling of the snow storm in feb

isn’t it right to say he acts out being a loveable buffoon whilst actually being a manipulative Tory megalomaniac ?
