  • DeKerf Implant fork travel? 100mm or 130mm

Am getting my DeKerf Implant frame built up again…am a bit confused how much fork travel it's adjusted for? Took a look on the The DeKerf website & it say's both 100mm and 130mm?

Anyone got any experience of riding these? Or thoughts generally?

Was running 100m last time it was built , at it was OK, but considering how reinforced the frame is I wonder if I could run a bigger fork?

    Thanks§!

Implant 853 is designed for 100mm fork.

Implant Ti is designed for 130mm fork.

I have Implant 853 with 100mm fork but it should be fine with 130mm too as it will not change the angle massively. I am going to use 130mm but just a bit lazy to swap forks at the moment.

Where did you buy yours from?

I used to have a small implant and ran 125 vanilla forks. it worked really nicely. go for it, it was still fine for climbing and i prefered having more travel for riding bigger stuff. Wonder where i could get one of those again. i really liked that frame.
