  • Damaged ISCG tabs – can they be re-tapped?

    I’m considering buying a secondhand frame which I’ve been told has damaged threads on the ISCG tabs.

    Anyone dealt with this successfully before?

    I did think about that while eating my lunch just now, yeah.

    Thanks guys, I don’t think it’ll be a dealbreaker anyway.

    might be worth checking there’s clearance for a nut, some of my frames wouldn’t get a nut in there
