    The three I listen to are:

    The Cycling Podcast (the Telegraph one), by Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie, and Daniel Friebe, good free content, years worth of extra content for a fiver.

    The Velocast, some free stuff including a good tech series, some stuff like daily shows from major races at a tenner a month or so.

    Spokesmen podcast
    The Bike Show (been off air for a while, hope it’s not dead)
    Radio 5 live do some good special one-off shows
    Speed Metal Cycling Podcast

    Shame Velo Club Don Logan decided to call it a day, they were great.
