I often find my extremities are colder than my core when cycling.

Admittedly Im thinking more road cycling than MTBing but one of the keys to keeping your hands warm while cycling is to keep your lower arms/wrists warm.

Arm warmers are great but often a there just something else to put on early in the morning when you just want to get on the bike and get going.

Are there any longs sleeved cycling jerseys where the arms are made of thicker / warmer material than the main jersey.

Aldi / Lidl have done some thermals which have windproof panels on the front of the body and front of the arm.

Think they were sold as underwear for motorcyclists … you’ll not win and style contests but for the price, they are great under a cycle jersey.

Can you just get a thicker jersey and open the zip up?

Both good suggestions but I would really like something made for the purpose.

I find it quite surprising it doesn’t exist already we seem to have every standard for thing in existence in the cycling world already.

Maybe the answer if just to sew some arm warmers on my self.
