Done this loop today. Quite wet(standard West coast)
Seen it on MBR twitter, said it could be mostly cycled, 22K just over 2 hours.
I done it just under 4 hours, 25K.
cycled from Coulags to the Bothy. Had to push and carry most of the rest of the way up. Crossed the north ridge, then cycled about another K then more pushing and carrying around the north side of Sgorr Ruadh. Turned south, crossed the ridge on the east of Sgorr Ruadh, a really steep but short bit. 95% downhill from here. Rocky and wet. Tricky but excellent.
Took an hour to do the last 9K.
Fantastic, a few really loose steep bits were I pushed otherwise a good day out.
It was a good idea to take a full change of clothes.
