Edeka (German supermarket). Own brand are much better than Heinz. Heinz just taste so sweet and artificial after Edeka’s.

@ElShalimo agreed. GF’s old MX5 was a hoot compared to my mates old MG (as in it worked and was reliable).

In this house, beanz don’t mean Heinz, Branson ones are way better. I’m assuming Heinz are the OG, but could be wrong.

I rather like Branston beans. I lived off Sainsbury’s own brand at uni in the 90s. Much better than Heinz which was always far too sweet

I did a side by side test last week on two slices of toast. Compared to Heinz, the Branston beans are denser and the sauce is thicker and stickier. Definitely better.

In this house, beanz don’t mean Heinz, Branson ones are way better.
