Scotland. A sell and a buy. £1600 plus costs per transaction, so £3200…

My old and good chap retired last year – who charged us a more reasonable £600.

Anyone in Scotland know someone who is ok but not such dafty money….?

Duncanmacallum off here recommended Derek Laburn for us when we bought last year. Just over £600 to buy iirc.
We didnt meet him, he’s in Stranraer, we’re 75 miles East near Dumfries. We did have to go into a local Solicitors to prove our identitiy, which was £30ish iirc.
