    Need to service a Command dropper post and watched a vid that suggests using slick honey grease.
    I’ve got a big bottle of Fox fluid and some Phil Wood waterproof grease.
    Reckon a bit of these will be a good substitute?

    should be fine. i use the proper green shimano stuff on my rsp plummet…gives it a really smooth action

    Thanks all, video linky above. To be fair its a basic maintenance video not a full service video if thats what you’re after.

    I just use normal bearing grease, usually the white lithium stuff. Can’t see that it makes much difference. I wouldn’t use fox float fluid, though.

    Thanks. That grease he uses looks about the same as KS grease which you can get from Stif if you can’t find anything else suitable.
