It's been a while since I've bought any components, so thought I'd treat myself to a new rear mech. The one I have works absolutely fine, but wanted a bit of bling.

But how much for an XTR mech?! Last one I bought was about £45, 3 years ago! New ones are about the ton mark. Oof! Think I'll stick with what I've got.

Also noticed that forks I bought this time last year are up in price by about £150. Jeez…
