Cycling jackets rarely have hoods as when you look begins fir traffic the hood doesn’t move and you end up looking at the inside of your jacket. What will you riding if commuting look at Alturas night vision range as they are super reflective, if off-road I would be looking for an event fabric I think my Endura is but can’t remember the model name.
