    Need to change my email address as I don’t use the one linked to my STW account any more.
    How do I do it?

    Good luck with that – I tried numerous times when EE stopped supporting Freeserve email addresses but got zero response.

    I still get this but I can’t access my old email address

    I’d hope there would be a way round that as it must happen often. Maybe another user who rides with you could verify somehow?

    That was my issue and why I had to abandon my old account. STW towers were not much help…

    Tech@ can normally help if you have issues, they’ve done it many times for uses sorry if it’s not worked for you guys.

    Yeah.

    Without access to your old email you’ve no way to confirm that you are who you say you are – so if your account was compromised the hacker could easily change your email address and thus lock you out of password recovery.

    If you cannot access the old account, drop an email to tech@ as Drac said, they’ll do the verification manually (or should, at least). If you didn’t get anywhere previously it must have unfortunately slipped through the cracks, they’re a small busy team. Just try again.

    As a reminder: it’s part of the forum T&Cs to have a valid, current email address on file. So if anyone’s thinking “I can’t be arsed,” be aware that we will lock out any accounts we find that are in violation of this rule until they get in touch to have their details updated.

    I too would like to do this, expect it’s currently set to my work email, and if I try and set it to my personal email, it tells me that email address is currently in use…

    Do you have multiple accounts that you’d like to have deleted?

    If you email / PM me your preferred new address I’ll see what I can find out? (I can’t change anything but I should be able to look it up.)

    Sorry we in tech haven’t been able to address this for you. As @Drac said we’ve just been a bit busy lately being the run up to Christmas now.

    I can’t sort this out right this moment but I’ll see to it first thing tomorrow for you as it Christmas and stuff 👍 I’ll email you tomorrow to confirm the changes.

    Tried emailing tech without much luck.

    My sub is now linked to this account so all is well.

    Once I’d convinced the powers that be that I didn’t have 2 live accounts and they unlocked it, obviously
